A blend with a lineage
Built around a traditional Ayurvedic kadha preparation, not a new invention or a shortcut. The recipe is being finalised with our formulator.
Rooteat is a traditional Ayurvedic gastric kadha, ground into a 50 g powder you stir into hot water. A small daily ritual, built on ingredients you can name — and claims we can stand behind.
PROPOSED BLEND · DRAFT RECIPE
We're building Rooteat in the open: what goes into the blend, how it's prepared, and what we can and cannot say about it.
Built around a traditional Ayurvedic kadha preparation, not a new invention or a shortcut. The recipe is being finalised with our formulator.
Sourcing, hygienic processing, shelf-life testing and honest labelling come before any sale. None of that is complete yet.
No claims of curing acidity, gas or anything else. We say what the product is, and what it is not: a food, never a medicine.
This is the direction, not the final label. Quantities, sourcing and allergen review are still being settled.
Cumin. Earthy and warm — the base note of the blend.
Fennel. A sweet, cooling finish that softens the spice.
Carom seed. Sharp and aromatic, used sparingly.
Dry ginger. Gentle heat without the sharpness of fresh ginger.
Black pepper. Just enough bite to wake the cup up.
Rock salt. Rounds out the flavour without making it salty.
Proposed blend only. Final formulation, proportions and allergen declarations are pending review.

We'd rather be clear than make promises we can't support.
No. It is a food product concept, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we make no medical claims for it.
We can't claim that, and you should be sceptical of any food product that does. Persistent, severe or sudden digestive symptoms deserve a doctor's attention rather than a home remedy.
The proposed blend is jeera, saunf, ajwain, sonth, kali mirch and sendha namak. Quantities, sourcing and allergen review are still being finalised, so the final label may differ.
Not yet. This page is a working prototype: no payment, order or shipment can be completed, and no email address is stored.
We can't advise on that. Check with your doctor before adding any herbal preparation to your routine, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a condition, or taking medication.
The launch price is meant to cover sourcing, small-batch preparation, testing, packaging and shipping. It is illustrative for now and will be confirmed against real unit economics before launch.
Rooteat isn't connected to inventory, payment, or shipping yet. Nothing you do here creates an order.
